You do not say what your postgrad subject is, but I would hope that you are a rational thinker. To qualify you need to understand the need for evidence and not anacdote when seeking advice for medical or psychological problems.

It is important to understand your history, and if you are prone to the symptoms of which you now complain, you also need to ensure there are no sinister reasons what you are feeling.

Always remember that there is no such thing as alternative medicine, there is medicine that works and medicine that does not. Only hard substantiated evidence can tell you which. As for harm from therapy, again only evidence can tell you that, not the kind of anecdote you may find in this forum

For the nausea, try Ginger Root, either buy fresh and cut a small piece off then put in your mouth like hard candy. Or buy capsule, then when need open a capsule an put some of the powder in your mouth. Lavender EO will take care of the stress in most cases. It's good for pain too.
