Estriol cream regime - what about "off days?"

Posted , 5 users are following.

I was doing very well on the 7-10 day initial treatment (pea shape estriol cream applied directly to the entrance to the vagina) but when I completed the 10 days I saw the burning on urinating start up again.

I'm on the "3 day a week" plan - forever I assume - but what to do do on those "off" days to limit any discomfort such as burning, etc.

I definitely wasn't having success with the only natural approach (vitamin E vaginal supplement) but maybe it would hold me over on the days in between the estriol?

Thank God for estrogen. I was trying to avoid it but I see the wise advice I found on this site - you can't cure VA without it - even it its most mild form of estriol cream.

Lesson learned!

I think we have similar cases, AV plus LS.

I noticed a breast ache when I first began taking the Smokey Mountain estriol cream from Amazon a few weeks ago.

When I first began my regime, my breasts ached very much on the 4th night so much so I quit it and began the vitamin E suppositories but they didn't do the job so, with regret, I returned to the estriol cream - but just the pea shaped amount now - and have had no problems. In fact I feel great.

I quit taking the clob and went over to olive oil and that seems to work well too....so far. I have my fingers and toes crossed. I feel like I have my old life back.

Compounding pharmacies are something I often have read about but have never tried.

If I can take the compounded version estriol cream every night - just a tiny amount that would be great as I hate the "off nights" when I don't get to take the estriol cream.

You were so right when you said that AV will never be cured without estrogen! Ain't that the truth.
