Just beginning estriol cream every night (10 days to start) and I find my mood is very low, depressed, everything is futile, etc.
Are others super affected like me?
P.S. I'm a very anxious type person.

I am no expert but i would think using estriol cream would have no or very little affect at all on your mood. Estriol is one of the weakest and most gentle of the estrogens. Is your estrogen systemic? If not, i doubt it would be playing with your emotions in the same way that systemic HRT would. Maybe you could call your pharmacist or doctor to ask?

wouldnt have thought so, in fact, would have thought that if your mood was hormonally affected it would be for the better with the extra eostrogen.
try some extra B6 and magnesium in your diet. ive had great results after seeing a holistic doctor, who treated the cause rather than the symptoms.

I've added magnesium plus and 2 Valerians to my daily regime.
Maybe the fact I've gone on the wagon, alcohol wise, is making everything worse. Not that I'm a huge drinker, just a long time "couple glasses of wine" every night. Even that has to go now. Bladder irritants all go bye bye.
