havent spoken to her yet, spoke to reception, apparently they have said the high number is normal ITS NOT! anything over 800 isnt good, thank god i didnt take the estrogen i was offered, still waiting to see if i can have some natural progesterone, dont know why we have to beg for natural but they throw synthetic at us x

ok... my sister in law decided to take antidepressants she's now got major anxiety and is being referred to a psychiatric:(
the antidepressants have ruined her
do sad her GP couldn't help her and understand perimenopause

oh sandeep antidepressants are awful, i know as im tapering off them, was on 3 at one point that taken together have a black box warning, i even started my own support group on facebook for one med x

oh goodness...which ones were you taking. she ended up in A&E and they gave her other ones as the ones prescribed were making her anxiety worse. Now she's paranoid to the point she s self-harming. it's really sad how antidepressants have messed her head up!

so upsetting to hear. we don't need them. we just need someone to talk to, a good support group, exercise and being around positivity x

i know lovely, i was put on them years ago for all the wrong reasons, never even had anxiety until withdrawing, they completely changed my personality thats why i wanted off them, do have anxiety now though with peri grrrr, how you doing? x

yes real health anxiety! also when I'm driving on the motorway feel like I'm going to die in a car crash! I was such a confident motorway driver too.

my bleeding has stopped just spotting now. feel so tired after such a heavy period! This one was worse after my procedure.
Yes some probitoics can cause side effects you have to give it 2-3 weeks as its getting used to your gut. Trust me I spent 3 years trying to find the right one!
I'm using JS Health detox and debloat along with a probiotic. It's calmed down my inflammation
have a look into it. What probiotic are you taking?
