ETD and dizziness!

Hi! I've suffered from Eustacian Tube Dysfunction for some time. A new symptom I'm having is bouts of dizziness/wobbliness, followed sometimes by a throbbing in my nose area. I'm just looking for reassurance that this is just the norm with this problem, and would be interested if anyone else had this, so I know I'm not the only one!

Many thanks, Kirsty

Thank you for the reply, need to know other people get how this feels! What kind of exercise are we talking about here? Can you tell me a bit more?

Kirsty my ENT told me to take and hold my nose and to keep my mouth shut and blow gently until I felt / heard my ears unpop. Now he told me to do that about 15 times a day but I only did it about 5 times a day because I was fearful of busting my eardrum. So you must do it gently. Also if you research online exercises for eustachian tube dysfunction there is this one guy on there and he shows you how to take and like your pool your ears outward and look up at the ceiling and open your mouth wide and close it while you were holding both your ears out and just keep opening your mouth open and shut open and shut and do that a few times a day it is not very pleasant to look at LOL well but in the privacy of your home you may can do it. I work at school and was doing it in my room one day while the kids were testing and a couple happened to have seen me and busted out laughing at me LOL but it does truly helped.I also did the generic Flonase for about 3 weeks and that helped me tremendously. Hope this helps.

I’d love to know what exercise too? I’ve had dizziness for nearly 2 months now and I’m sure it’s coming from a blocked Eustachian tube.
