Eustachian tubes unblocked?

Can I ask what to some may think is silly ( but I was once told that a question is only scilly/stupid if you don’t know the answer!)

the ? After 9 weeks of tubes blocked & no movement I now have itchy ears, then it feels like there’s something crawling in one of them, is this a good sign that at least one is about to unblock?

(on a lighter note I asked my hubby what he thought... he gave me a look & said maybe an earwig got into it off the pillowcase that was on the line drying 😳 & went off laughing, great 😂wink Thank u in advance
