For a while now every so often my foot has this weird numbing sensation but its also really painful at the same time (not sure how to describe it. It also goes really lumpy (I'd post a picture but that'd probably be very strange) and I can't move it for quite a bit. Anyone know what this could be?

Not sure BUT my feet ache every now and then which I'm sure is due to hormones-- this has been going on for a couple years--both feet. A few weeks ago my left foot was really sore for no reason-- had X-rays and claimed it was tendinitis due to my high arches. I wear good shoes so I don't know what the issue is. In a couple of weeks I'm going to a podiatrist as I need to know which going on. If it's the way I walk or what-- I need to know.
