Every time I eat at Red Lobster or Anthony's (both seafood restaurants) RUN to the bathroom

Every time I go to either of these two restaurants that are both seafood restaurants and I have the salad or fish with the dressing on the salad and if I eat lobster anywhere within 20 minutes I am running for a bathroom. Can I be allergic to shellfish and not know it? That is the only symptom.
