Before you got yourself back I mean before you were level did you have more good days than bad? I just wanna find out what is the process like. Does it mean I dont have more good days than bad I can not level on this dose? Or is there anyone who had mainly bad days and then gradually started to have better and better days until they level? I am on 11th week on 100 mg. Thanks for your input in advance!

I think each time I get back on this med, it's a bit different. You get a couple good days here and there, then you get more good days, then once this med builds enough in your system, then that's when you start to feel like you've leveled. I guess if you want, you can try to overshoot the dose and then later titrate back down, but you have to work with your doc on this. Titrate back down is also a bit hard because you also feel side effects and you have the psychological fear that it will not be enough. If I were you, I would wait it out for like 4-5 months before I see if I need to up my dosage, but this is just me. This is very hard, but in the long run it is much better. Who wants to be at a higher dose, right? Patience is soooooo hard, but hang in there...you are a bit closer every day.

I agree with you. Thanks very much I needed the reassurance very much. I am about somewhere 4 months since I upped my dose. Do you think its worth to wait if I still have more bad days than good please?

Yes, wait. The fact that you are starting to have some good days is a BIG sign that your system is responding to this med. Like I have responded to someone else, the last time I got back on this med in Nov 2016 at 100mg I didn't start to notice the sun and sort of feeling like myself again until May 2017. So, hang in there. It will get better. You will joke and laugh again.

l relate to this. 7 weeks on 50 mg. Some better days but equally some awful days. Have been looking at the Bruno Snow web site on face book. It helps as it gives time line. l am finding it very difficult at the moment, can barely function this morning. Will be interested to read your replies. Stay strong.

Keep the faith! 7 or 8th week is very very difficult for most people! You will get better soon!!
