Sam, get some support for yourself. You can do online virtual counseling. or Local communities often have low cost or free counseling. Local churches can also do the same and provide resources. Take advantage of those so you can speak with someone who can help. don’t try to do this alone. It really helps to vent to somebody else who you can actually talk to. you don’t have to feel so miserable. Believe me I know what it feels like and so do millions of others. One step at a time .

hi sam, how you been feeling lately? i know how hard things can be and just want you to know that youre not alone, there is always someone to

talk too. you mentioned that everything is getting on top of you, so im going to be cliche here and mention all the things you probably already know. Make sure to take breaks from school/work, dont overwork yourself and take some time to destress as this will help you to not feel overwhelmed. Stay hydrated, exercise, make sure to eat, and get plenty of sleep, sometimes we become so exhausted that we forget the basic things we need to feel okay! i hoped the session with your counseller helped and gave you some guidance/advice. just remember, its ok to not be ok, you're stronger than you know, and there's only one you, so dont forget how freaking awesome you are!
