    Hi bts,

To be brutally honest it is very hard to find things to be happy about these days. We live in a world of self gratification it's me me me, endless selfies ,Internet posts, look how many "friends" I have, then, look how many enemies I have. Thankfully I have lived my life and have something to tie my world too, younger people today find it difficult to stabilise their lives, everything is instant, I see-I want-I must have.

It sounds like you may be suffering early signs of depression, but that's not surprising, hope you come through okay, best wishes,

    Mike

Hello bts. It could be, because you're still young [I assume] that your mind and body are still going through changes which, from what I understand about growing, can be an emotional process. Or maybe something has happened recently and it's only now that certain things are triggering the emotional responses. My point is, you're not weird, it's normal and actually quite healthy to express the emotions [to a degree. Being angry isn't exactly embraced by society but anger is human. I'm not talking about violence, they're two different things] So, yes. It could be a case of, okay, let the feelings out, let the tears come out, and then just dust yourself off and continue on. A lot of people do that. It's okay to cry bts, to have emotions. You're not weird.
