Susan... The internal tremoring many women experience including myself as it is a symptom also... I'm on the 50 patch.. The tremoring did settle but I do get it from time to time.. It's like an anxiety inside of you... It's scary at first but hopefully it will settle down... Have you had your bloods and thyroid checked?? CK

Hi,I'm on these been on nearly 6months. I'm still getting hot flushes so I'm going to ask for the dose to be put up. I find they stay on in the shower but seem to get water under the patch after a good soak. Also they crinkle up if I get too hot and sweaty but don't come off often.

Hi mom on the climara pro patch and Yhe first patch had some gaps and wasn’t on too well. I read online by a user on how to make it stay on well.

You rub the area on your body with alcohol dry it with hairdryer then blow the patch with the dryer to heat it up. Peel off half the patch stick it on area then blow dry it again then peel off other half and blow dry .

This has worked well for me !

    Hi,

I was on Evorel sequi for 6 months.

The oestrogen side of things was fine... the progesterone side of it was not!! Really horrid side effects so tried other brands.

For 4weeks now I've been using Evorel 50 oestrogen only patches which are ok, no side effects, and utrogestran tabs for the last 14 days of the month... few weird side effects but I'll try for a few more months unless it gets bad!

Hope you find the Evorel suit you. Good luck!

    AJ. xx

Ps they stick like glue! Really well.

(Femseven sequi  just kept falling off in shower!!)
