A few months ago i suffered from a short period of feeling depressed, anxious and experianceda lot of depersonalization. I have since recovered from that and feel stronger in dealing with it again. However, i have begun my GCSE mocks and i have begun to feel extremely anxious now with all the stress, im just in fear all the things will come back, Any tips?

    Hello

Don't worry to much about being anxious during exam periods it's really common.

Try relaxing and use the anxious energy to smash those test.

You're young and nothing is wrong

Get yourself enrolled in cbt classes and mindfullness. You need to acquire go to tools and self calming. There will always be stress. Always.you need to learn and oractice the needed skills so much that when stress pops up it triggers an instant go to self calming too.. this takes seeing a professional to guide you and the commitment of practicing it. Every time you learn skills, everytime it chsnges you. Do you dont really ever go back to anything. Anxiety attacks are a fight or flight trigger. Period. They dan haooen and your reactiin to the, can become different therby squashing them  or  shortening them without adding fear. I dont knoe if that makes sense but thats how it works. You learn to co exist with it basically and it doesnt arouse fear to escalate.
