hi
i have recently noticed a lump around my anus that bulges all the way from my perineum. at first i thought it was an anal fissure but no i am unsure. it doesnt seem to match any of the images i have seen online. 
its been a bit itchy for a few days but not really any blood.
any help would be great!
also it has the little circle bit that makes me think its one but im still unsure
