Excessive sweating during dead specific times of year

I have had excessive sweating at nights and during the days. I usually start sweating around February and it can last anytime up until June ( the longest so far its lasted). Its this specific time of the year, it can end early as March like it did in 2018. When i sweat its through my hands (literal puddles form in my hand, hasnt gotten as bad to the point sweat rolls off my palms but it does no problem from my armpits) my head sweats my hair gets drenched when sleeping and my calfs even sweat themselves at night. Night time sweats are my whole body, day time sweats are my palms and armpits. This year is different, sometimes i get a day or two of normal sleep no sweating but this year ive gotten a few more days with no sweating (at night, but during day i do). Nothing has changed tempature wise no different eating habbits nothing is different in my routine no weather or allergy comes into play its not to hot either, absolutely nothing changes in my life except the dread of knowing i have to live the next few months sleepless and sticky and the month. Thats it. Its not weather, allergies, sleeping conditions. I have a basement thats 57 degrees and i sweat like a pig down there playing video games, i sweat like a pig watching netflix in my bed, watching tv on the couch. I know when and possibly why it did start though, i got my first girlfriend in 2017 and was stressed to all hell during it, the most ive been stressed in my life, we started dating on valentines day and I was sweating that year at the end of feb until around april when it ended. But why is this now a yearly timely thing. The only way i know how to not sweat at night is drink no liquids, zero, during the day which i have done plenty of times in 2019 and 2020. My hands are wrapped around my phone with one behind the other and as i type now i feel slime (sweat) on my hands with each movement. I just wiped my head and body of sweat before posting this.
