I am a fairly healthy 20 year old male, and I usually sweat what could be considered to be a normal amount whenever I'm producing a lot of heat through exercise or if I'm working in the heat, etc. Lately I've started sweating profusely doing the same activities I normally do that make me sweat like running. My diet hasn't changed much and is well-balanced. I don't sweat when I don't expect to, like day sweating, but when I do expect to sweat, it's a lot. I don't feel over-exerted and nothing is harder for me than it has been before. I also don't feel dehydrated; I drink close to a gallon of water every day, especially before exercising and a little bit during exercise. Anyone have any idea what this could be?
