Excessive Sweats

hi

I have suffered with FM for 8 years finally diagnosed last August, I have been off of work for 11 months looking to go back part time in July. I suffer really badly with excessive sweating from my head its so embarrassing when I'm out, as it runs down my face and neck, can anyone suggest anything that can help me.

    i have had fm for 16 years and suffer the same it is so embarrassing, i totally sympathize !

    unfortunately I have tried everything and nothing seems to work.

    I was told recently there maybe a surgical procedure but i have other health problems that might make this impossible for me, but im yet to talk to my doctor as my surgery has a one thing per appointment ! and they are like gold dust !!

    will keep uyou updated and will follow you to see if anyone else has and better news for you than me ๐Ÿ˜Šxx

    thanks hun I've been suffering the same but put it down to menopause not my fibromyalgia I've just been diagnosed with .

      Hi Mannie,

      I have been suffering the same. My Dr. says I have fibromyalgia, But I think it is menopause. How are you finally diagnosed with menopause. I am really interested in it. Thanks

      Hi LucyI haven't had a period in 3yrs and my doctor told me 2yrs ago I was going through the menopause. You can get a testing kit,just like a pregnancy test stick you can buy,do it a couple of times tho as hormone levels change all the time hope this helps,pus ask your doc for a blood test๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š

    same here over it i've got GCA, PMR and FIBRO IT IS EMBARRISING been 3 years for me oh also got type 2 diabeties from steroids. I'm on 8mg pred having trouble getting to 7mg Doc says we will stay at 7 for a while . Can't work cause life is different each day no day is the same.

    Hi Faymess, i don't suffer from this particular symptom of fibromyalgia but know you can get botox injections for this condition.
