Excruciating head pain.

hi, my name is Cayla, so on April 21st 2021 my head started hurting SUPER bad, and it just hasnt stopped since it started. ive been to the hospital two times for it already, I got a CT Scan and blood tests and they were all normal and the doctor said my sinuses were normal too. weird thing is, the pain started about 30 minutes after i smoked a joint with my brother, he felt fine, it was just me. earlier that day we smoked too, but it did not affect me like it did when i smoked later that day. ive had ringing in ears, numbness, and excruciating pain tht feels like a migrane. my memory (short and long term) are just fine and my coordination. The physican performed a neurological test before the CT scan and it was remarkable. i hit a pen yesterday and i realized it did make the pain worse, kind of triggered it. I'm so confused as to what it could be. about 2-3 months ago i was diagnosed with mildlevo scoliosis and my neck is going into kyphosis. The PA when i first went said my neck muscles could be spasming and that is causing migranes so she prescribed me a medicine for muscle spasms. The physician suggested i finish that dose of medication. Does anybody have any idea or suggestion of what it could be? I am very young too, i find it so odd.
