Excruciating Pain attacks 1 month after shingles

I recently recovered from Shingles on right abdominal area. Severity of pain has been drastically reduced and I took off from Gabapantin. Pain was still there but I was at least able to work in front of computer.

For last couple of days I am having severe heartburn and acidity. Not sure if its because of Shingles.

Today suddnely I started getting some cramps or severe cramps around same lines of nerve which were affected due to shingles. Its not consistent. It happened 4-5 times today and pain lasts for 10-15 seconds. Sometimes i feel like its blocking my breathing .

Please advice.
