what kind of exercise can I do without causing a flare? I am getting out of shape quickly? I know yoga is good, still fighting excoriation...

    I use a rebounder/mini-trampoline, just walking on the spot, swinging arms, etc.  No need to do the high bounces, jumping jacks, etc.  This stimulates the lymph system.  My sister who had mastectomy was advised to do this by somone in her post-op team.

    Weight lifting is great.  It keeps you toned and, if you do your exercises back to back, gets your breathing heart rate elevated.
