    Hi Chrissy,

Books by Sue Croft are helpful on pelvic floor recovery.

You may be best to get a referral to physiotherapist who is specialised in pelvic floor surgery as she will help you to recognise what you can and can't do as we all gave various degrees of strengh/weakness.

The main thing is to not put any down pressure on your pelvic floor or if will just fail again. Walking, swimming and pelvic floor exersisss are the main things you can do everything else you have to be careful and introduce slowly and see how it goes. No running,  no trampolining, no crunches, no squats, no weights, no resistance training, nothing where two feet of the ground.

Good luck but speak to professionals first who are trained in pelvic floor conditions. X
