My knee is bothering me again I had knee replacement Aug 2017. Should I be doing exercises every day ?

      Yup.  And if you're doing only the leg work, it's EVERY OTHER DAY!!!  You never weight-train the same muscle group two days in a row.  During exercise, the muscle is broken down and needs the off day to rebuild itself stronger.  You can walk every day and warm-up with the bike.  But weight (or machine) training is done on alternating days (ex: lower body on days 1, 3, 5; upper body on days 2, 4 and 6).  That's a full week's schedule if you are REALLY into that much exercise.

    I work out every day. Walking, bicycle and treadmill. But go slow at first and then work up more. It will only help you in the future.

    I’m still doing mine twice a day  when I can but definitely once (had my op in sept) still getting improvement so plan to carry on

    I had knee replaced April 2017 and still do exercises to prevent stiffness and to increase knee bend, especially during cold weather.

    Yes most definitely. I work out minimum of 4 times per week. You need to strengthen quads, glutes and core. Walking helps but it’s not. I was advised the operation is the easy bit. The rehab exercises need hard work!
