hi all, had my wash and brush up' and now I'm gonna sort out "the leg". I find when sliding my leg up and down the bed that I get it up on my heel try to put my foot flat but then it gets stuck on the sheet as I try to go bac to my heel.  Any suggestions as I've tried a sock, a towel.  Has anyone else had this problem ?

I used a cookie sheet. Great ingenuity for all. I primarily used it sitting forward in chair.,to get leg to go backwards.

A small tea tray helps as well along with a belt or crepe banadage as a lever to pull your foot.

When I was in Rehab, the physio gave me a skateboard to roll back & forth when sitting.  It is such a great way to improve your bend.  When I was discharged, I borrowed my grandsons.  You can buy a cheap one otherwise.
