There are some great online physical therapy programs for safely strengthening the pelvic floor and getting back to exercise:

    POPUP: An Uplifting Guide

    Brianne Grogan on YouTube

    Pelvic Floor Perfect

    Hab It Exercises

    Good Luck!

    Hi hun

After any pelvic floor surgery any high impact exercise should be avoided.

If you check Michelle kenway website she is one of the best in my opinion.

She has so much advise for ladies like us.

Before and after surgery she talks in detail about the dos and don'ts.

Running, heavy weights, trampoline, rowing machine, ab workouts where yiu are doing crunches and sit ups are devastating for your weak pelvic floor.

The next e ercisel is swimming, cycling, walking some yoga stretches, and treadmill are all safe for yiu to do.

    Good luckx
