Exhausted after eating

Any tips for eating? Went through a phase of not eating a lot recently due to my Appetite and metabolism being everywhere but now that I’m eating again I remember why I stopped .. I’m so tired after eating. No matter what time or what I eat I’m tired any tips?

Thanks in advance

Hiya, I just wanted to throw out what worked for me because I was finding that I was absolutely shattered after eating and was noticing that I was feeling much better when I hadn't eaten for a while (before the hunger hit and I was exhausted because I was also hungry)

Someone on a CFS forum I'm on (I can PM you which ones if you're interested) mentioned the Ketogenic protocol and that is what I have been following since September last year. I find that I am no longer crashing after food and I have much more stable energy levels throughout the day. I am not able to cook myself dinner every night almost without fail which is just such a new thing for me and would have been unheard of before I started the protocol. I don't get anywhere near as much brain fog either and I feel like my baseline energy is up although that might just feel that way because I am not having to go to bed to rest before and after every meal.

I typically eat a Smoothie (with approx 70g avocado, 10g each of chia seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, 80g spinach, 40g berries, 30g low carb protein powder, 200ml almond milk and 20g coconut oil topped up with water until it's the desired thickness) and for lunch I will snack on nuts and for dinner I will have zuccini noodles with tofu and spicy almond butter sauce or meat with veggies or something similar and maybe a couple of squares of 90% dark chocolate. I absolutely love how I feel now. It has not cured me but it has contributed to an improvement of my quality of life - I did not know I was sensitive to dairy before this diet either so that has been a helpful discovery too.
