Exhausted after sleep, but only at weekends

This is very confusing for me.

I seem to sleep well during normal working days, but in the last few months at weekends I've been sleeping right through the night but waking up exhausted. I've changed nothing with my diet or medication. It's kind of ruining my social life after putting so many hours in at work. I'm not particularly stressed at anything, I take Quetiapine for OCD, which sends you to sleep pretty quickly.

I'm 36, weigh about 88kilos, am 5ft8. Slightly overweight but slimmer than before.

Waking up exhausted means your not getting the sleep due to sleep apnea.

There may be other reasons, but this is most common. OCD, if accompanied by stress and as a result not sleeping at least 7 hours may be the other reason.

Have it checked with your doctor/pulmonologist.

Thank you for replying. I did think apnea, but why would it only be fixed on the weekends or nights before having something fun I want to do? Maybe it's an anxiety unknown to me.
