Exhaustion

Hello,

I'm currently not on any thyroid meds and of course my levels are normal but I have been so exhausted these last couple of days. I take iron pill daily and vitamin D once a week but why the exhaustion all of sudden I'm currently out of work and I sleep at night and during the afternoon. Is there something I can take to boost my energy.

What country are you in? You say your thyroid levels are okay, but what about your iron and d levels? Taking too much iron can make you tired too. What are your thyroid antibodies level? What is your diet and hydration like?

Since you are not on meds it's time you can get you thyroid gland back up... do your research on bladderwack and Irish moss

      Hi

I know that's what I tried to tell my endo when she said my labs were fine but my body still don't feel the same so I'm going to make an appt to a thyroid /endo specialist in another city that specializes in nothing but thyroid/ hypo/nodules and thyroid cancer.

That's why I was saying look into getting those herbs becuz I see you still have your thyroid. Those herbs could heal your thyroid. They are natural thyroid meds.. HEAL NOT TREAT BUT HEAL
