Exhaustion and achy muscles with Tinnitus?

Does anyone seem to suffer from fits of horrible fatigue that cannot be shaked on days where Tinnitus is particularly loud?  I'm trying to figure this damn thing out and for a while, the tinnitus was my clue an attack was coming.  Since I've been on the diuretic and low-sodium diet, I've only had one attack but almost chornically have tinnitus and periodically feel so fatigued and miserable that I can't do anything for a day or two.  Today though, even though I still have tinnitus, I otherwise feel great, energetic and happy -- I'm coming to hate this disease as I feel it's robbing me of my weekends.

Anyone else experience fatigue and body aches with tinnitus?

Hiya do you wear earring aids? these are suppose to help? Although I don't wear mine I hate them. I have tinnitus all the time some days it is louder than others. I have had this for over 5 years and have got used to it. Its the dizzyness I cannot stand it makes me feel very anxious and I am always tired. I have stopped having normal salt and not have low salt but have reduced my intake I think this has hepled.

      Hi agan,

I know it is very hard to live with I am finding it hard to deal with the dizziness. I was diagnosed a few month ago with MD, but have had tinnitus and loss of hearing for over 5 yaers. I am on medication which you can get from your doctor there are also exercises you can do which may help. Please see Balance Retaining Excersies by professor Lucy Yardley. Also I have cut down on my salt in-take which seems to have helped. Take Care
