Exhaustion And Incontinence After Stomach Bug

Hi i am a 40 year old male. On Friday April 14th--roughly 11 days ago i got hit with a pretty violent stomach bug--vomiting, diarreah, fever, chills. My two kids got something similar in the days previous to me so pretty confident that it was some bug/flu of some sort.

I was mostly recovered from the gastro issues about 3-4 days later but i was still quite fatigued along with some weird incontinence issues. At first I was having a lot of trouble just getting all of the urine out with a slight burning feeling at the tip of my penis along with a leaking/incontinence.

I went to doctors last week and they ran blood tests and urine tests. Everything came up normal. Here I am eleven days later and I am still EXTREMELY fatigued with still this weird sensation of a slight burning feeling in my penis and incontinence.. I have been on an off from work this week just because I have been so extremely tired. My doctor is sending me in for a pelvic MRI tomorrow. I'm just dumbfounded that a stomach bug could cause all of these issues.

Wondering if anyone else has run into similar problems .
