Exhaustion/ burnout

i have been feeling very exhausted when I'm cleaning as my job. After about an hour I noticed to it I feel everything is such an effort, I gphave to keep sitting down. I feel weak, hot , flushed, sweating, flutters in chest as well as conjestion in chest and bit breathless.

im 55. Anyone else suffered with this?
