Exhaustion, unable to speak, confusion, shakiness, mood swings

I am new here but I need some help so I am going to get right in to it.
I have always had issues with being very tired. Falling asleep in class, mid day tiredness but active late nights, etc. I never drank much water and ate terrible so that could have been the culprit.
Now I worked a very active and rough job that ended about a year ago. I pretty had a mental breakdown because I was SO exhausted and stressed and on top of that was managing a business. I was let go becasue I just coudn'y handle it anymore.
After that I started a new job which has been okay. A few months after I entered a very bad relationship where I started to have severe anxiety, memory loss, breakdowns, brain fog, tunnel vision, etc. After about 6 months I ended the relationship after finding out he was cheating, etc.
Now I have had some good and bad moments since then. I go through fases of intense happiness, clarity (no brain fog or anxiety), no stress, enjoying life and then I also go through episodes of intense brain fog, confusion, don't feel like myself, memory loss, panic attacks, excessive tiredness to the point of being unable to speak/pronouce words properly, falling asleep while working, headaches, pressure in the front of my head, dizziness, nausau, and mood swings.
I have just recently become so tired I can barely talk and everything seems so cloudy. I find it hard to even make sense when talking and interacting.
I am taking Lamictal for the headaches and it seems to be helping with that. I also have been getting all over body shakes 2-3 hours after eating meals.
They have tested me for diabetes mutliple times and that came back fine. Thyroid came back fine twice. Vitamin levels were fine. Sleep schedule was fine. CT scan was fine.
I don't know what else to do. I fear losing my job again and I need help.

Or, it could be circumstances. You were in a toxic relationship, you had a horrible job, you weren't eating well...
Don't cut out gluten - see about getting tested for Coeliac/intolerance. If that's totally ruled out, you may want to try an elimination diet &/or keep a food diary. Your issues may not be from food, but the symptoms fit, so rule it out, I guess...
After that, maybe a neurologist appt is in order?
Good luck and please keep us posted!

I do think anxiety/depression can cause some of these symptoms from the relationship but what's odd is that I felt fine for maybe 2 months after the breakup and I've just been going up and down every since.
I honestly have not felt like myself for over a year now. I've had like Depersonalization and derealization On and off

In addition to these very helpful advices that the others have posted, try checking your cortisol levels, to exclude addison's like conditions. Another thing to check (considering the cyclical nature of your symptoms), is the hormonal disbalance. If you are using any contraceptives, check the list of the side-effects.
And I agree with Rhubi about being careful with Lamictal as it can cause or add on to some of these symptoms that you are describing. Talk with your doctor about the side-effects, discuss another treatment option, your doctor can change Lamictal to something else that you may tolerate better.
