I haven't heard of them but you may be interested in a product called IP6 which I occasionally take as an iron chelator. It is preferably taken on an empty stomach so I only take it if I wake up in the night. My ferritin is now within normal range after over 10 years of regular phlebotomies plus taking occasional IP6. IP6 is extracted from the concentrated husk of brown rice. Hope this may be of help to you down the track when your ferritin levels are lower and you are in maintenance mode. Cheers Helen 😃

Exjade is a medical iron chelator given to those who cannot have venesections. Please google official medical information and reports regarding this medication so that you are fully and properly informed. It is not without problems.
With the level you have, it is normal to have weekly vx.
Are your blood levels and vx being monitored by a haematologist?
