Expected ferritin 4 weeks after IV infusion

Hi

I had IV infusion 4 weeks ago and still don't feel quite "right". My recent blood test showed ferritin at over 800 ug/L. Now whilst I assume ferritin is expected to be very high post infusion does anyone have any of their own results at 1 month post IV (two split doses 1.5g). Just wondering if high-level might explain my ongoing nausea / dizziness (phosphate levels checked and are fine)

    Hi

    i had iron infusion two weeks ago and my ferritin level went up to 500ug/L. From what I've researched high iron has same side effects as of low iron symptoms like dizziness. Did you do a follow up with your doctor?
