Experiencing chronic migraine symptoms and fatigue for 6 weeks now...

Has anyone ever experienced headaches like this..

Intense pin prick sensations across head? Sometimes so so hot it feels like your scalp is on fire and makes you itchy, but then at time its ice cold and sends a numbness tingling down your arms? it's an awful sensation and triggers so much nausea for me. I then tend to get a heavy band across my eyes and a lot of neck pain recently? And dont get me started on the fatigue or dizziness!!!!!!!!

Anyone else??
