Experiencing globus after panic attack, just need reassurance.

Hi everyone. I'm a nineteen year old female with extremely bad anxiety. Last Sunday, I had a very bad panic attack and experienced Globus on and off all week. I have started taking Omeprozale, but it feels like there's no hope. I have barely been able to eat or drink and I just feel hopeless. I am visiting family in another state and am extremely anxious and homesick, is it possible these symptoms will leave once I'm back home and comfortable? I just want to feel normal and eat again. Thank you.
