Explained scrathes on skin

iam experiencing unexplained scrathes on skin first i noticed some buring feeling where the scratch appear i dont know what causing it image

    Dermatographia is a condition also known as skin writing. When people who have dermatographia lightly scratch their skin, the scratches redden into a raised wheal similar to hives. These marks usually disappear within 30 minutes

      i get the same marks and they are not caused by me scratching myself. my nails are too short to make such a scratch and the scars last for at least a week.
