Extra sensitive sinuses? I’s that even a thing?

Hello,

since as long as i can remember ive always had horrible seasonal allergies and getting a cold is like the worst thing imaginable for me, like id rather be puking for a week then have my nose dripping and eyes wattering none stop.

people have often told me i look worse when i get sick. like it physically burns when my nose runs and eyes water . the pain is horrible.

is it possible to have something cause this? something That would cause me to have extra sensitive sinuses?
