Hello, 1 month ago i notice this marks lumps in my penis it doesn't hurt but i will like to know what it is.

    Could be genital herpes, but it could also be skin irritation

      I didn't expect herpes because i haven't have sex in months and it was in a long term relationship, what else could it be?

    THIS IS SCLEROTIC LYMPHANGOITIS. THE REASON IS AN OLD INFECTION. OR ANY INFLAMMATION. IT'S NOT SCARY. IT IS NECESSARY TO APPLY OINTMENT WITH CORTICOSTEROID

      Thanks for answering, i have 2 creams:

      1. Betamethasone + Clotrimazole both in the same cream.
      2. Mometasone 0.1%.

      Which one would you recommend for SCLEROTIC LYMPHANGOITIS?

    Could be infection, but the best thing to do is let time tell. Things should improve over time.
