I suffer with severe anxiety and panic attacks. This last week i been diagnosed with a tubotympanic disease which apparently is an infenction to the ear somehow connected with the nose

I have vertigo episodes which trigger my panic attacks and there i get more and more anxious.

Been prescribed some medication for it which made me really sick and with what im experiecing makes me more anxious taking them.

Has anyone hah anything similar to this , dunno really wat to do

I think you should stop the medication until you have checked with pharmacists or doctors, it doesn't sound right.

Have you read up on this condition?, I find it helps if you know what you are up against.

Don't know if this will help with panic attack.

If it's an infection, you should be on antibiotics, is that what's making you sick.

Let us know how it goes cheers del

    Hi Adrian.

My condition is similar to yours except for the anxiety and panic attacks. I have sound of fluid moving around inside of my ear whenever I move my head. Just like a half filled bottle of water being turned upside down and rightside up again.

Went to 3 ENTs and did MRI and other scans. The first 2 ENTs prescribe lots of nasal sprays, ear drops and other oral medications said to help clear up the nasal tract, phlegm & mucuous and antibiotics. Nothing peculiar was found except that the MRI showed a larger blood vessel close to my right ear (the one troubling me). No acceptable / logical reason was given. No medication was prescribed from my last ENT. Of course, I spent lots of $$$$$$ on the ENTs.

Suffered from mental anguish and worry most of the time.

Lately, I got to try alternative therapy recommended by a friend. It seems to be working well for me and it is not invasive at all. Doesn't even cost me a dime. I get to decide to combine this alternative therapy with my ENT's prescribed medication and/or other forms of treatment.

I empathise with other sufferers. I recommend this alternative therapy.
