Extreme burning , Vagina and anus!

i've recently been feeling extreme burning in both my vulva vagina and anus with frequent peeing! it started off with burning a little whilst peeing and for few days after i was ok but then it came back but 10x worse! i have a high pain tolerance so the fact i was crying and in so much pain and discomfort, it was too much! its affecting my mental health! i remember taking Cetirizine for a dust allergy and few days in these problems started also when i went to the loo there would be blood in my stool probally due to a rip or tear! this healed up however the burning never! i went docs and they gave me nitrofurantoin to be taken 12days been in it for few days but see no difference! i really need help and advice as its affecting my general health and depression its getting to much for me as ive been unwell for over 10years and i felt like my health was finally getting better but now ive got this problem ( ive got others but im on med for that) i really dont bees anymore problems! please someone help and sorry for my bad grammar x

    Have you tried sitting in a tub with some baking soda mixed in? What soothing ointments or lotions are you using? If the nitro is not working how about going to urgent care near you or calling another dr.? Sounds like an infection. Can you see it down there? Is it red, is the skin broken? Sitting on an ice bag, using coconut oil or polysporin ointment might relieve some pain but if it does not improve in a couple more days, I'd be going back or seeing another doc. Biofeedback sometimes helps with the pain. Wishing you well.
