Extreme dry eyes and fatigue

I have tried many drops but can barely keep my eyes open between dryness and fatigue.  Any suggestions?

    I am using prescription drops Xiidra and they help a great deal. I have also just started rubbing a drop of castor oil on each eye before bed. It helps with dryness and helps to grow long eyelashes.

    I can't give you any suggestions because I was officially diagnosed today but started on generic plaquenil yesterday. I'm praying it works because my fatigue is crazy. I feel like a zombie everyday. I hope you get some good responses, I'm curious myself. Good luck.
