*i constantly feel exhausted, from the moment i wake up to the moment i go to bed. i don't sleep at night and nap for a couple of hours during the day. my legs ache alot and my arms too. i share your pain, have you checked out your iron levels? maybe they are low?

countless times i checked my iron levels its always normal. i took iron tablets as well and my symptoms did not improve so i know its not an iron issue

anxiety can definitely make you feel exhausted. anxiety takes a big toll on the body and that can be why why you feel weak.

When I was in my 20s I had several multiple symptoms all at one time including exhaustion, weakness in my arms and legs tingling, shortness of breath, floaters in my eyes, racing mind with negative thoughts, you name it, I had it! This was a long time ago before people were using the Internet . Imagine having those symptoms and you literally did not know one other person that had this. I was terrified!

But I’m happy to say that now I am in my early 60s and I am doing very well! All of my symptoms were related to severe stress and anxiety. It’s amazing what anxiety can do. Through the years I’ve had little symptoms here and there but nothing like that first episode!

my advice to you would be to first get a complete physical check up by your doctor. If everything turns out OK, then start working on reducing your anxiety and stress.

Some of the things that helped me are visiting a counselor, slowing down my mind and doing things that relax me. That could be taking a walk in nature, listening to beautiful music, laughing with friends and family etc. Eat healthy and stay hydrated. Get some exercise when you can because that builds up the immune system.

Remember something, any symptoms related to anxiety can not hurt you. they can feel weird and scary but that’s all they can do. It’s not the symptoms that are the problem, it’s the unmanaged anxiety.

I am a living example of the fact that those symptoms are not harmful.

just take one day at a time. You’re going to be OK! ❤

There is an underlying serious cause which will not get better until you have it medically checked out.

im doing the same things lately plus the dizziness ive dealt with for a long time. my heart races if i go out in the heat and then i start panicking over it racing and ive noticed the heat makes my fatigue and weakness dizziness worse.

Have you had your vitamin levels checked? Such as Vit D and Magnesium? Just a suggestion, I know that if they get low it can cause havoc and we with anxiety tend to assume that that's what it is right away. I myself have had anxiety and panic attacks for many years, and I have taken meds for it on and off, but not too long ago had my levels checked and I was very very low on Vit D and that was causing a lot of issues.

Just thought it may be something you can look into!

I would have your Vitamin D and B12 checked, both could cause extreme fatigue. My Vitamin D was really low and it made me feel extremely tired and weak.
