Extreme fatigue , depression, headaches, dizziness. Here are my blood tests

So i did some blood tests but i am not anemic. Yet i feel tired all the time and dizzy. Also i just started medication for my thyroid(hypo). I don't know if low iron causes the thyroid to not work properly or the thyroid causes the body to not absorb iron and b12. Right now i take floradix(20ml) twice a day and 80mg solgar iron

RBC : 4.75 . Normal ranges 4.50-6.30

HGB : 13.7.  Normal ranges 14-18

HCT:  41.9% . Normal ranges 40-54

Fe : 84 .   Normal ranges 59-158

B12 : 231. Normal ranges 191-663

Ferritin: 114. Normal ranges 30-400
