Extreme Fatigue & Sertraline

Hi everyone. Glad you're here. Recently increased dose of Zoloft from 150 to 200. I few days later, as if the depression was not bad enough, I began experiencing extreme fatigue and malaise. Anyone else experience this? It's scary. It feels like I'm very ill. Thank you..

Thank you for responding. I've been on Zoloft for about 15 years. I began taking it for panic attracks. Whether it was plecobo effect, or not, I don't know for sure, but my panic attacks stopped. Now, I take it for depression, which has been unbearable for the last 5 weeks. I had to bring the dose back down a few days ago. The fatigue was just too extreme. I couldn't move.

I've been on Zoloft for 15 years. However, I had been taking it in several doses throughout the day, but just recently my dose was increase to 200mg, and I also began pulling the doses closer together during the day. I'm sure my blood level when up significantly. You feeling zoned out is no doubt in part from the Zoloft. I certainly experienced that feeling of being zoned. And, as is the case with me, your anxiety and depression is probably not helping matters. Are you having any muscle fatigue and/or physically exhaustion?

Did you start with 200mg a day? That is a hefty starting dose. I'm not surprised you are feeling the way you are.. Are you having any physical exhaustion or muscle fatigue?
