I've no idea what your results mean but:
For patients with life-long premature ejaculation, drug treatment is the recommended approach. A Dapoxetine, a short-acting selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor, is licensed in the UK to be used when required for this condition (not continuous daily use).

I'm not medically qualified but I do know a bit about this. I think there's a real medical problem here.
You have no sex drive because your free testosterone is low. It's only the free fraction of the testosterone that is active.
Although your total testosterone looks normal, this is deceptive because so much of it is stuck to your sex hormone binding globulin.
Your pituitary gland has detected the problem and is trying to drive your testicles to produce more testosterone by making high levels of lutenising hormone - but it isn't working.
So in summary these results show you are testosterone deficient due to a high SHBG.
One cause of a raised Sex hormone binding globulin is hyperthyroidism, which is what you get with Graves disease.
Are you on any treatment for the Graves disease?
Is it under control?
It may be that getting this under control will go a long way towards improving your sexual issues.

As discouraging as the condition might feel to you, you've got to relax and apply a psychology approach to the situation. A lot of times, it's in the mind. Perhaps watching porn might give you some psychological stimulation, though you've got to stay in control before it turns you into a sex addict; that could easily happen.
For your premature ejaculation issue, try withdrawing and pausing. Use delayed approach and distraction, almost as though you weren't interested in it. Keep practising it, even if you don't see instant result. Over time, you should notice prolonged sex without premature ejaculation. Every now and then, though, you might be hit by sudden premature ejaculation; that's normal. But it should resolve with time. Just don't let it ruin it all for you. Bear in mind that there's a solution for almost every problem. Good luck!
