Extreme scalp pain during anxiety...?

I'm really confused on what I'm been feeling. In other posts, I'm been talking about head pains well now this is so weird. I've been having horrible scalp pain but only when I feel an attack coming on or stressed. Yesterdsy I had a great day and nothing was wrong but I went to hang out with my friend, got home around 1 this morning, and me and my boyfriend startes to fight about the house being a mess, and ever since 230 this morning it's been hurting. Is this a stress and anxiety thing? Anyone else have this happen? I've been having this happen for almost two weeks now on and off, am going to doctors in a couple days and will be asking.

I took my mind off of it and haven't had it since. I think the best thing to do for disturbing symptoms like this is to let it go and put it as normal. I got a shooting pain in my chest yesterday, just the one. I focused on it and what do Ya know, I got more.
It's annoying but just class it as normal and it'll go away soon.

The blood vessels constrict slightly so less blood goes to the scalp (don't worry it still gets enough supply to be healthy even for a long period of time), the constriction is the tingling sensation and itchiness, it can sometimes feel painful or heavy like an elastic band round your head. You might find the end of your fingers or feet feel slightly numb which is again the same thing.
So next time you feel that sensation you'll know what it is and it's harmless.

We tend not to feel them all at same time or we just continue to experience same ones.
It is a normal response to danger which has developed over thousands of years of evolution and as such helped us to survive as a species so is highly tuned and therefor the symptoms represents no danger to us, it's just we aren't bring chased by dangerous animals and other "tribes" anymore so the anxiety response can latch on to other stuff instead and can become an illness despite it being a normal and healthy response which can help us focus such as doing an exam or driving test etc.
Hope that helps explain things. Neil
