Extreme Sore Throat Pain - can barely talk

Does this look normal (see picture below)? I've already been dismissed by two ENTs for chronic throat pain of over 2 months now. It gets worse throughout the pain and is extreme at night. has anyone else experienced chronic throat pain with the tonsils/pharyngeal arch/ or back of mouth? This throat pain has really taken a toll on my life. Please if anyone knows of a solution or sees something off with my throat, I would love to hear back. image
