I would probley feel the same if I didn’t take something to help me sleep at night.
At least I get some sleep.
However, Depression and Axiety can make you feel tired as well.
Hope you begin to feel better soon.
It’s early for us both mines only been four weeks.

Are you oversleeping or undersleeping? I've read some people can hardly sleep when they first start sertraline, which can obviously contribute to tiredness. I personally, am oversleeping. The first week I was sleeping about 10-12 hours a day and when I woke up I just wanted to continue sleeping. I'm not sleeping as many hours anymore, but still feel an overall tiredness throughout the day. But it is not as awful as it was the first few days and first week. I am about 2 weeks in too.

Hi Rose
Your tiredness is likely to be the effects of extreme anxiety rather than side effects.
I am on week 5 and I am still fatigued but not completely shattered. I'm afraid you'll need to be very patient.....
Good luck.
