Extreme vaginal itching- NO visible sores or bumps

I have been experiencing extreme vaginal itching, but haven't been able to go to the doctor for it due to covid complications. there are NO visible reasons for this itching.. no sores, no bumps, no discoloration. no yeast or discharge.. I havent changed anything that would cause an allergic reaction. nothing really seems to help. I know I need to consult my doctor, im just trying to deal with one stressful event at a time.

Are you sexually active? Does your partner use condoms? Could be an allergy to something on the condom. There are lots of other reasons for a severe vulval itch so you need to see your doctor for a swab to be done. You dont say how old you are but if you are post menopausal it could even be lack of oestrogen. Sometimes a yeast infection doesnt cause any discharge.

Not sure where you are Erin but if you are in UK no doctor will mind assessing you. Does your surgery have an email system for patients so that someone can call you back? They can then have a chat to you and decide whether to ask you to attend the surgery or they can prescribe medication for you to try. Or try phoning. You would have to wear a mask and abide by their distancing rules but its OK to ask for an appointment.
