Extremely bad headache for 4 weeks

Has anyone had anything similar? 

For about 4 weeks I’ve been having a headache that wasn’t too bad with pain at first but all of a sudden yesterday it has been progressively worse. I’ve tried medication from the gp in the past but now these don’t seem to help. I nearly passed out yesterday at work, my bp is high but the headache is becoming unbearable every movement is now really starting to hurt. I’m also having constant nausea. I went to my gp and they have to said to get a blood test done. My mouth is constantly dry even though I’m drinking a lot. Has anyone had anything like this before ? What did you do to help the pain?
